One World Architecture LLC (OWA) recognizes that every client has a unique vision, goals, and budget. Whether a project is new construction or a renovation, we work to be mindful of each client’s big picture searching for smart, flexible solutions that are true to our client’s needs.

Ready to begin a project? We offer a multi-stage process that allows clients to select the services they need: from initial schematic design ideas, to estimating a project budget, to working with consultants and engineers, to producing construction drawings to obtain a building permit and bids from contractors. OWA will tailor a design process to fit your needs, schedule, and budget.

OWA serves the residential, commercial, and institutional architectural design markets offering a variety of services to assist you at any stage of the design and building process:

Private Residential Design – We have completed projects ranging from small interior room renovations, to large new homes in excess of 10,000 square feet. From modern Chicago apartments, to traditional Shingle and Arts and Crafts homes, our range of stylistic flexibility is broad. We welcome projects of any size or scope.

Institutional Design – We have strong experience with religious structures for a variety of faiths, as well as a deep interest in buildings for community use.

Construction Phase Services - OWA offers services to assist you while your project is being built. We review shop drawings and contractor payout requests, field contractor questions, and observe the contractors’ work for compliance with the design drawings.

OWA also maintains a network of contractors, engineers, and other industry professionals to expand our expertise and provide robust and comprehensive service to our clients.
