One World Architecture LLC (OWA) is an architecture firm devoted to bringing sustainable design, focused and respectful client attention, and passionately designed architecture to every project. OWA creates distinctive spaces for quality living and working, while being respectful of the environment and the community.

OWA operates with an open mind in search of innovative ideas that best serve our clients' unique needs. Our strength is in our keen ability to listen to clients and respond carefully to their concerns and questions throughout the process. OWA is passionate about pursuing green design strategies and technologies that minimize environmental waste and decrease the use of non-renewable resources, while retaining performance and efficiency.

FIRM HISTORY

One World Architecture has its origins in the firm Gregory Maire Architect Ltd (GMA), which was an award winning architecture and interior design firm based in Evanston, Illinois. Ken Parel-Sewell was the first employee at GMA and coordinated many of their projects, eventually becoming Principal Project Manager. When GMA closed in 2005, OWA assumed several of GMA's clients and charted a new course in Louisville, Kentucky. Intent on continuing the reputation of excellent design and service so well established by GMA, OWA looks forward to serving a new community.

OWA is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the U.S. Green Building Council.
